
Ahsoka, the latest Star Wars series to arrive on Disney Plus has reached its fifth episode and is proving to be a massive hit with fans.
In recent years, theStar Warsfranchise has had quite a few ups and downs, especially since 2017’sStar Wars: The Last Jedi. Disney Plus looks to write some of the wrongs of the recent movies and for the most part, the series’ on the streaming platform have been a success.

The first two seasons ofThe Mandalorianwere a critical success and animated series’ such asThe Bad Batchoffer interesting lore that wasn’t initially explored in the movies. That being said, I think it’s fair to say thatThe Book of Boba Fettdid not reach the expectations of fans. What’s more, season three ofThe Mandalorianand theObi-WanKenobiseries could have been better too.

So when Lucasfilm andDisneyannounced that it was working on a live-actionAhsokaseries, fans hoped that it would return the franchise to its former glory and as of now, that goal seems to have been achieved. We first met Jedi Ahsoka in the animated movieStar Wars: The Clone Wars, and later in theStar Wars Rebelsseries, both of which offer some vital backstory to the characters featured inAhsoka. TheAhsokaseries takes place after the events ofReturn of the Jedi.
Now, before we proceed, I will be going intobig spoilersfor not only episode four ofAhsokabut also the most recent episode five. So please, consider this to be your finalspoiler warning. Right, here we go.
At first, it may have seemed that Ahsoka could be a victim of some kind of mind trick and the Anakin that she is seeing isn’t real. Well, as fans of the franchise will know, Jedi live on after their physical bodies fall and this was most certainly Anakin but in spirit form, if you will.
