Despite Edward Kenway being hailed asone of gaming’s greatest protagonists,Ubisoftare showing no signs of wanting to continue his story which we first saw back in 2013’sAssassin’s CreedIV: Black Flag.With the game recently celebrating its ten-year anniversary, WEBTOON have seemingly come to the rescue with the announcement ofAssassin’s Creed: Forgotten Temple.

Earlier this year, the WEBTOON received anofficial animated traileron Youtube which has made many fans feel the pang of nostalgia due to the classicBlack Flagsoundtrack in the background. The trailer shows our favourite pirate assassin engage in ship combat, leap on unsuspecting enemies from the jungle canopies and even finish it off with a cheeky grin.
Despite no official game sequel heading our way, at leastAssassin’s Creed IV: Black Flagfans are keeping Edward’s story going.
