We could all simply scream into the void over which is the best Assassin’s Creed game, or we can skip that part and enjoy a remaster of one of the greatest instalments in the franchise. We know which we’d prefer to do.
After the crushing blow that left fellowfans disappointedafter it was revealed anAssassin’s Creedtitle has been pushed back until at least 2025, we need something good and true to cling onto. Ezio is that something, or, should we say, someone.

Ubisoft may be making us wait for newer AC instalments, but there’ll always be the old games to return to. In truth, we suspect no amount of innovation in this franchise will be able to top the absolute joy those early outings gifted gamers.
