
Assassin’s Creed publisher Ubisoft has confirmed the name for its next open-world RPG, and it’s… well, it’s pretty much exactly what we all thought it was going to be.
It’s a heck of a time to be anAssassin’s Creedfan, with various projects in the works atUbisoftHQ.Assassin’s Creed Mirageis next in line, of course. Then we’ve got the new game set inAncient China, anAssassin’s Creed set in Japan, andeven one centred around witch trialsthat should be very interesting.

Ubisoft has now officially confirmed the name of its next Assassin’s Creed RPG, boldly explaining thatAssassin’s Creed Codename Jadehas been renamedAssassin’s Creed Jade, which most of us were already calling it anyway. Okay then Ubisoft. Cheers for that, I guess. This definitely means the Japan-set game is calledAssassin’s Creed Red, too, right?
