Assassin’s Creed Mirageis out now, and while it may have received a rather lukewarm response from critics, fans are hailing it as a welcomed return to form for the franchise.

That is really lovely to hear. Many others had praise for the game. “Assassin’s Creed Miragehas been the only game in the entire series where I can consistently use stealth and be good at it,” Charming_Kick873wrote, while saggynaggy123said, “I’m absolutely loving it so far. Not perfect but a step in the right direction. You can tell how it originally started as aValhallaexpansion, hopefully they let the studio make another game on a bigger budget.”
I quite agree. It’s definitely a step in the right direction. At the time of writing, a user score is not available on Metacritic. As I’m sure you’re aware, Metacritic prohibits user reviews in the first 24 hours of release, encouraging people to actually spend that time playing the game. We’ll be keeping an eye on the score when it lands later today though.
