Ubisoft is always looking for new ways to expand its Assassin’s Creed universe, whether it be new video game entries, a movie, books, comics and more.

“Explore the path of Xia inAssassin’s CreedJade, set in the third century BC, during the time of one of the first unified empires in China,” reads the synopsis of the game. “An unprecedented era of trade and cultural exchange between East and West is just beginning, but with this comes new challenges and threats lurking in the shadows.”
At this time,Assassin’s Creed Jadedoesn’t have a release date for Android and iOS devices. It is however in itsclosed beta phase, so hopefully, with a bit of luck, its public release isn’t too far away and we can find out if it plays as well as it looks.
As for the more immediate future, the next big entry in the series isAssassin’s Creed Miragewhich looks to take us back tothe series’ 2007 roots.Assassin’s Creed Mirageis set in Baghdad in the year 861 taking place 12 years prior to the events ofValhallaand will star Basim Ibn Ishaq as the main protagonist.
Assassin’s Creed Miragewill be released on PC, PlayStation and Xbox on 5 October 2023.
