Of course, the best way to have a day off work to play a big video game release is to book the day off. Though to be fair sometimes we can have the attention span of a goldfish and those release dates just creep up and hit us like an RKO out of nowhere. We’re not sure how legally binding this sick note is, especially at short notice, best case scenario, it might at least put a smile on your boss’s face if they have a sense of humour, of course. Worst case, it might get you an official warning for skiving off work, but it will be worth it, right?

In relatedBaldur’s Gate IIInews, apparently, it will takearound 200 hours to completeits campaign and it has17,000 possible endings, well, kind of.

Baldur’s Gate IIIhas a release date of 3 August 2023 for PC, and then 6 September 2023 for PlayStation 5.
