Scratch is the goodest of doggos and is one of the best companions inBaldur’s Gate 3. The adorable pup can be found in Blighted Village pretty early on and will hang out at camp being all lovable.
During down time it’s possible to play a game of fetch with Scratch, and when you’re not around he will oftentimes bring over random items he has found during the day.

The story starts “I was having a friendly game of fetch with Scratch” and then spirals into a moment of chaos. To put it simply, the player accidentally hit Scratch with the ball when throwing it. This caused Scratch to aggro, but he targeted the entire camp. “They slaughtered him before my disbelieving eyes.” the user continued before letting out a scream of “OHNO HOW DID THAT HAPPEN?!”
Many players are wishing that Scratch came with an invincibility flag, or that the fetch ball dealt 0hp damage.
