Having offered fans a chance to embrace theirweird kinks with unusual romances, as well as enabling speedrunners tocomplete the game in a staggering 10 minutes,BG 3has been well received already. Apart from the demand from fans to get customisation options later on, which has beenteased as part of Patch 2, everything has been pretty rosy.

Already ranking as thetenth best game of all time on Metacritic, it’ll be interesting to see whether love from PlayStation fans will preventStarfieldfrom making as many waves upon its release. Even if it doesn’t, though, it’s an incredible time to be an RPG gamer.

Baldur’s Gate 3is out on PC and will be on PlayStation for everyone on 6 September.
