
There’s little denying that Batman, the Caped Crusader aka the Dark Knight is one of the most legendary comic characters in history whether he’s portrayed in comic books, movies, animations or video games.
You could probably ask mostBatmanfans who their favourite actor to don the cowl is and most will likely say Val Kilmer or George Clooney. Hey, that was a joke! Whether it’s Adam West, Micheal Keaton, Christian Bale or Robert Pattinson, each will bring their own unique set of skills to the Hall of Justice. Oh, I forgot to mention Ben Affleck. Sorry, Batfleck.

Kevin Conroy would also star in various Batman animated productions and even made a live-action cameo in CW’s Arrowverse as a version of Earth-99’s Bruce Wayne in a crossover episode ofCrisis on Infinite Earth. What’s more, Conroy would play the iconic role in arguably the greatest superhero video game series of all time with Rocksteady Studios' Batman Arkham series which began withBatman: Arkham Asylumin 2009.
Sadly, however, the DC fan base was shaken to its core whenKevin Conroy sadly passed awayin November 2022 aged 66. The last time Conroy would don the cowl, at least in the world of video games is with the upcomingSuicide Squad: Kill the Justice League.
That being said before we’re graced with the presence of the next game from Rocksteady Studios, earlier this monthBatman: Arkham Trilogywas released on Nintendo Switch featuring the collection ofBatman: Arkham Asylum,Arkham CityandArkham Knightall complete with previously released DLC as well as aRobert Pattinson bonus.
In this collection of glorious Batman games, Rocksteady Studios was able to incorporate atribute to the beloved actor, Kevin Conroy.
