The poll was conducted with just under 24,000 votes withAvengers: Endgamebeing in second place andSpider-Man: Into the Spider-Versein third. To be fair, that’s a fantastic top three to debate. On IMDb,The Dark Knighthas an almightyscore of 9.0and ascore of 94%on Rotten Tomatoes, further validating the movie as an all-time great.

At least in terms of Christopher Nolan’s Dark Knight trilogy, the 2008 movie is my personal favourite in large part due to the incredible performance from the late Heath Ledger as the anarchist and chaos bringing Joker. I can watch this movie over and over, if only for this performance.

If you’ve never watched Christopher Nolan’s Dark Knight trilogy, you need to add it to your to-do list ASAP. You won’t be disappointed.
