Bloodborne fans rejoice, we finally have a PC remaster

Bloodbornefans are still longing for a PC port, and now they finally have one albeit an unofficial version.

PlayStation’s 30th anniversarycelebrations have been a bit bittersweet as to celebrate, the company has been putting the spotlight on some of its most successful IPs, eventeasing fanswith a remaster/remake ofBloodborneat the end of one of its recent trailers.

Personally, I’d like to see Bluepoint have a go at making a full-on remake ofBloodbornelike it did withDemon Souls, but at this point, I’ll take whatever I can get as long as the game comes back.

I’m sure many share that opinion, as diehard fans have worked meticulously to get the gamerunning on PCwith enhanced visuals and framerates, to tremendous success as well.

The project makes several improvements to the game for PC users, like high-quality textures and dynamic shadowcasting. Lighting has also been improved to make the eerie atmosphere ofBloodbornemore striking as you’re exploring Yharnam and other parts of the game.

Why PlayStation couldn’t do this itself is beyond me, as with the right amount of love and attention, an official port of the game to PC would be astounding, and fit right alongside the other PlayStation exclusives that made the jump to the platform.

Perhaps there is aBloodborneremaster in development for the PS5/PS5 Pro, and if there is, I hope it does a little more than touch-up the graphics, like add some new outfits to the game or perhaps change the way Blood Vials work for better healing.

Maybe it’s just wishful thinking, but it’s pretty clear how badly we all want moreBloodborneand PlayStation would be foolish to not capitalise on that.
