Call of Duty: Black Ops 6opened the event at the Xbox Games Showcase with an epic new campaign trailer, and it looks to be a treat for fans of the series.

The trailer gave us a glimpse at the single-player campaign andXboxchief Phil Spencer confirmed on stage that there will be an open beta for all platforms.Call of Duty: Black Ops 6will be multi-format and it will launch day on on Xbox Game Pass.
Details also dropped for its multiplayer modes, which is always a popular choice with fans.Black Ops 6will have 16 multiplayer maps at launch which includes 12 6v6 maps and four Strike maps, the latter of which can be played as 2v2 or 6v6. TheBlack Ops 6multiplayer will also have a new Prestige system which promises to brings even more rewards than ever, apparently.
Of course, no Black Ops game will be complete with its traditional Zombies mode andCall of Duty: Black Ops 6will be no exception.
Call of Duty: Black Ops 6will be released on PC, PlayStation and Xbox on 25 October 2025. We can’t wait to see some of its multiplayer next.
