Apparently, the mod appears to be at least somewhat ambitious as the mod creator claims that it will “not just be normalMW2maps, but also the campaign remastered maps repurposed.” Furthermore, themodcreator says that the maps are well into development and hope to show something in the next couple of months.
Sadly, it’s very likely thatActivisionmay shut down this mod before it’s even released, which might explain why the H2Multiplayer Twitter account has been made private. We hope that won’t be the case, but we won’t be surprised if it happens. In fact, we’d be more surprised if Activision allows this mod to be released as it may feel it conflicts withModern Warfare II(2022).
