Its acquisition ofBethesdaand recentlyActivision-Blizzardhave also bolstered its potential exclusives, though the head of Xbox, Phil Spencer, has made it clear that big nameslike Call of Duty will remain multiplatform, and the concept of console wars is outdated and not part of the company’s plan moving forward.
Recently on the Nate the Hate podcast, it wasrevealedone of Xbox’s biggest games will be releasing on other platforms later this year, though the title itself wasn’t disclosed.
Nothing has been confirmed as of yet, meaning it could very well beHi-Fi Rushreleasing on other consoles, possibly even the PlayStation 5, or it could be something entirely different. It’s quite safe to assume it won’t be any of the big exclusives like Halo or Gears Of War, though never say never.
