So let us run through some of the new features arriving inCyberpunk 2077.
Update 2.2 sees CDPR team up with Virtuos in order to bring a plethora of brand-new features with a focus on “giving players a way to express themselves more”.
The goal is to allow players to build their own character and make V their own and that can be done through changes to vehicles, character customisation and even photo mode.
First up is a bunch of changes to the game’s vehicles as well as the arrival of 10 brand-new cars (eight from base game and two fromPhantom Liberty).

Furthermore, the Twintone ability is also new with 2.2 and allows V to scan other cars on the streets in order to “copy” their aesthetic and save it in a database.
This means that you can gain access to a whole collection of vehicular looks and save and apply them at will.
Not only that but the Twintone ability will help you escape from the police.

Driving will also be more beneficial than ever as Johnny Silverhand himself will now spawn randomly in the passenger seat as you cruise through Night City.
With new voice lines full of quips, there is plenty more to discover with his relationship with V.
There is also an improved photo mode arriving with Update 2.2 which introduces a drone mode for extra angles as well as more aspect ratios so you can experiment with your virtual photography.

Alongside new lighting, angles and depth of field, players will also be able to spawn up to three NPCs in photo mode, and yes, this includes Nibbles.
Once you have taken a screenshot, you will be able to share it to the new in-game gallery for others to see and for extra personalisation, you will be able to frame your chosen images in apartments across Night City and Dogtown courtesy of new SmartFrames.

Perhaps the biggest update is the changes made to character customisation.
There will also be eight new face plates which can help V look like they fit into any gang of their choice, such as the Mox or even allow them to represent a corporation of their choice.
For the indecisive players out there, a randomiser button has been added which not only creates a random character look for you but also comes alongside a slider which ranges from plain to punk.

The higher you adjust the punk slider, the more “out there” your V will look.
Update 2.2 finishes off brand-new customisation options with two new custom body tattoos, with one including an inked Sandivestan.
With secrets still undiscovered from both the base game andPhantom Libertyto this day, it may be years until we uncover all Night City has to offer.
Cyberpunk 2077Update 2.2 goes live now across all platforms.
