But just when we think we’ve seen everything there is to see, someone comes along and blows our minds with a new discovery.

The process of finding and accessing the room is about as convoluted as you’d expect, mostly because it involves a hidden code that you might not even have access to if you didn’t buy a physical copy of the game.
As AlrightGuyUK explains, you’ll want to go to the lower area of the market in Kabuki. Near the small booth with a clothes vendor, there’s a locked garage door. Approach it and Johnny will appear, and ask you to try and open it.
If you enter the code “605185” on the keypad, the door will open and you’ll enter a secret lair. if you sit on the couch and turn theTVon, Johnny will play a song while the screen cycles through the developers atCD Projekt REDwho worked onCyberpunk 2077. Unbelievably awesome.

Apparently the code to this door is actually on the back of the physical disc box, so I have nothing but respect for the first person who thought to try that out.
