Now with the news that Netflix is working on anotherCyberpunk 2077anime spin-off show, it has got fans thinking about the final events ofEdgerunners.

If you are a fan ofCyberpunk 2077orCyberpunk: Edgerunners, you will already know that their setting, Night City, offers no happy ending to its inhabitants.

With the game’s protagonist being doomed from the get-go, the same can be said for the characters in the animated show.

One character in particular was Rebecca, a mercenary (or solo) and friend of David.

As a fellow Edgerunner, Rebecca played a key role in the events of the show and became a fan-favourite thanks to her sharp tongue and chaotic nature.

However, Rebecca sadly met her demise thanks to the formidable cyborg known as Adam Smasher.
