Cyberpunk 2077 fans will be overjoyed to hear the game is crossing over with a beloved battle-royale, maybe you’ve heard of it…

As we wait for the already planned sequel, fans can look forward to an exciting new collaboration that’ll see characters from the game make theirFortnitedebut.

Fortnite has brought together so many iconic IPs over the years, it was only a matter of time beforeCyberpunk 2077made the leap. It’ll join its fellowCD Projekt RedpropertyThe Witcherand reportedly feature character and vehicle skins.

Unlike theMarvelcollaboration it’s doubtful there’ll be anything more to this than cosmetics, but you never know perhaps a new mythic weapon will also be included like Johnny Silverhand’s handgun.

The next season ofFortnitewill bring Eastern culture to the game, diving into Japanese mythology and samurai to name a few things.

It makes sense whyCyberpunk 2077is joining the party, after all that’s a game that lets you carve down enemies with a futuristic katana, and Night City featured several locations reminiscent of Eastern culture.

Fortnite is currently amidst itsFortnite Chapter 2: Remixseason, which has seen the return of the old map but with a few fun twists, as Snoop Dog and Eminem have joined the fray with unique weapons, which is not a statement I ever thought I’d have to say.

The next season will kick off on 30 November, so you can expect a teaser trailer from Epic Games very soon.
