SPINEwas announced in 2023 and towards the end of that year, we were treated to aglorious gameplay trailer, however, that trailer was more cinematic in-game engine footage than anything else. Thankfully, we’ve now been treated to some actual raw gameplay and it looks even better than what the previous “gameplay” trailer had teased.

“Ever wondered what it’s like to be the hero of an action movie? To find yourself in the epicentre of the action, kicking the gun out of your opponent’s hand, or parrying a bullet with your trusty katana?” reads the description of the game. “Look no further!SPINEis a cinematic game about close-quarters gunfights. Become the hero of your favourite action movie, grab your guns, enhance your reflexes with a Spine augmentation, and get ready to fight!”

SPINEdoes not have a release date at the time of writing, but we do know that it will eventually be released on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S.
