In fact, it surpassed its goal of $100,000 in just over 10 minutes; 10 minutes four seconds to be exact.

So much not wanting multiplayer – it seems like the fandom is crying out for it.

Using one to four players, this “story-driven tactical action game” promises to deliver a “fast-paced” experience that’ll see the characters “cross the boundary between oblivion and immortality”.

It sounds exactly like what fans need while they wait for the sequel.

There are also a number of multiplayer mods forCyberpunk 2077already available, should you be too impatient to wait for the board game to release.

Not that we suspect it’ll take much time before reaching the market; after all,Cyberpunk’s co-director Gabriel Amatangelo said that the game was essentially complete back in March.

Early reviews of the board game have already been given, meaning that it shouldn’t be long before a launch date for this multiplayer Night City excursion is announced.
