This was proved during a recentgraphical showcase, which presented gameplay with over 30 mods installed in the game. These included mods that brought the resolution up to a crisp 4K, introduced path tracing, and improvements to the game’s shading. Take a look below.
You’ll have to judge for yourself of course, but in our humble opinion the game has never looked better, so if you’ve got a PC that can handle it, you should definitely give the preset a go. All the mods included can be found in the video description.

It’s reported that CD Projekt Red will be abandoning the RED game engine, in favour ofUnreal Engine5, meaning we could get a similar level of graphical quality to the above showcase depending on how hard the developer wants to push future games forward.
