After some fans complained of a “visual distortion” during one dialogue scene with Johnny, it will be fixed in 2.01 as well as stopping V from dying after falling though an elevator (yes, it happened). Other fixes will focus on UI improvements, mission starting bugs and addressing reported corrupted saves on PlayStation.Despite CD Projekt Red still rolling out regular fixes and small updates, it recently announced that it will be stopping work onCyberpunk 2077in order to start work on itssequel. Its game director, Gabe Amatangelo recently said, “2.0 and Phantom Liberty are the last big updates. We’ll do a little something more, but those are the last big ones.” When asked what’s next for the studio, he said, “Then it’s Cyberpunk 2.
