Later on, Bill - one of the aforementioned cops - will call you and inform you that he’s left the NCPD and opened a new enterprise in The Glen. It turns out, Bill is running a hot dog stand out of a garage. In an unfortunate bug though, many players are finding that the shutter is closed on arrival, despite Bill greeting them from beyond it.
