Cyberpunk 2077 players baffled by hidden room and secret NPC

CD Projekt RED’sCyberpunk 2077boasts one of my favourite open worlds ever created.

I really didn’t think I’d be saying that upon the game’s release but it’s testament to just how much hard work developers have put in to totally transformCyberpunk 2077into the game that was originally promised.

Night City is so exquisitely detailed, and it’s refreshing to journey through an open world that is so densely packed as opposed to venturing through a wide-open landscape.

Fromsecret NPCstolesser-known endings, fans have been unearthing all kinds of interesting discoveries as of late - and now one player has found a rather perplexing NPC in the Clouds nightclub.

ICYMI:Star Wars Outlawslaunches later this year on 30 August. Take a look at the latest trailer below.

“It’s not a booth you can enter, scanning it didn’t incite any dialogue or anything, and I couldn’t seem to find anyone mentioning it elsewhere,” they continued.

“It doesn’t even have a name that pulls up - it just stands there. Some sort of reference I don’t get lol? A glitch only I’ve seen? It looks like a completely custom model, have not seen that hair on a male body type.”

Take a look at the mystery figure below.

“I just finished this mission and saw the same thing, but they were lying down, in the room right next to six,”addedmarasovsqueefsguard, implying that the placement of the NPC is intentional.

“Just another doll waiting for a customer,”suggestedjl_theprofessor.

It seems as if most rooms in Clouds actually have these invisible NPCs placed inside, which could prove that perhaps some content was cut from this section of the game?

The more boring explanation is simply that they’re placed there so the rooms look occupied when players bring up the scanner.

It would certainly be interesting to hear the definitive answer from CD Projekt RED.
