What a transformative 12 months it’s been forCyberpunk 2077. Of course, things really got underway further back when the game’s new-gen patch was released. It was in 2023 though thatCyberpunk 2077began living up to its true potential thanks to the release of Update 2.0 and the fantasticPhantom Libertyexpansion. While Update 2.0 introduced vehicular combat, mounted weaponry, a new skill tree, and more,Phantom Libertytook us to the enigmatic Dogtown. Throw in the surprise addition of the metro system in Update 2.1, andCyberpunk 2077became a sight to behold. Thanks to NVIDIA, it’s just got yet another update onPC.
PC may just be the best way to experience this game. Take a look atPhantom Libertyin action on PC below.

Once you’ve done this, enable NVIDIA DLSS Super Resolution and choose your preferred quality mode. There is then an option that reads ‘DLSS Ray Reconstruction’ which you can switch to On. This will massively boost the game’s resolution, providing you with a sharper and crisper image. Job done.
While us mere mortals on console may not be able to benefit from this upgrade, it’s no major loss given thatCyberpunk 2077is a fantastic looking game as it is. While CD Projekt RED has now shifted its efforts toThe Witcher 4, a sequel is on the way eventually, codenamedProject Orion. That’s something to look forward to.
