This resurgence has been a direct result of the latest 2.0 Update as well as the game’s first and only expansion,Phantom Liberty,which launched last month.

WithCyberpunk 2077recently hitting 25 million copies sold, fans have taken to r/cyberpunkgame to share their thoughts on the title. “I have to express how truly amazing this game is. Throughout my 25 years of life, I’ve had the pleasure of playing numerous games, and I must say thatCyberpunk 2077now ranks among the finest, at least in my opinion”,saidone poster. “It’s right up there with the likes ofMass Effect(1-3),Red Dead Redemption 2, andGod of War Ragnarök.”

It seems as though this poster is not the only one to thinkCyberpunk 2077is now one of the best video games in recent years. Although it took some time to reach this “legendary” status, it is testament to CD Projekt Red’s dedication. Now with news of anupcoming sequeland a possiblelive-action adaptation, the future is definitely bright forCyberpunk 2077.
