Following the success ofDeadpool & Wolverineback in July, the unlikely duo are back and this time, they are going to have to deal with an even bigger threat.

Now a few months on and fans are still eager to see the Merc with the Mouth and the Best There Is team up once again.

Luckily, this is not the last time we will see Wade and Logan team up as a brand-new series is set to follow their story across multiplevolumes.
The series will follow Logan and Wade (the latter of which is currently kind of dead but is set to be resurrected in Cody Ziglar’sDeadpoolseries) as they meet a familiar face from Team X.
Set to kick off withDeadpool/Wolverine #1in January 2025, the series will reportedly feature the return of Christoph “Maverick” Nord who was first introduced back in 1991 withWolverine (Vol.2).

InWolverine #9,Logan took the time to describe Maverick.
“Maverick is the best kind of bd. The best kind of bd is worth having around, but only if there’s beers to be drank or bullets to be dodged.

So on that note, it will be interesting to see how he is portrayed and how he fits into this brand-new story.
