Deadpool & Wolverineis a movie dense with cameos, and I think it’s fair to say some were more interesting than others.
There are plenty offun secretsto discover in the latestMarvelmovie, andsome genuinely well-done surprises.
But there’s one moment inDeadpool & Wolverinethat has left some fans scratching their heads. Fortunately, we now have an answer… kind of.

We see The Avengers in action over the years, but Deadpool is more interested in why there’s a TV screen showing Thor (Chris Hemsworth) holding Deadpool’s broken body with tears in his eyes.
Mr Paradox, the shady TVA agent, quickly dismisses this moment as something from the future. But Deadpool, and viewers everywhere, are still desperate to know why Thor was crying.
Reynolds himselfrecentlyexplained: “I know why Thor was crying. I can’t unknow it.”

While this doesn’t really shed much more light on the situation, it does at least imply the future isn’t too bright for Deadpool. Perhaps Doctor Doom will shut him up for good inAvengers: Doomsday?
Maybe the God of Thunder is just crying at having to remember one of the worst MCU movies ever made? Or maybe the whole thing was just a dumb joke and Reynolds is messing with us.
One thing I can say for (not) sure: we’ll find out one way or the other inAvengers: Doomsday. Or not.
