Dragon Age: Dreadwolf 2024 release date teased by EA

It’s been quiet ol’ time for BioWare as of late but that’s totally understandable. After all, the studio is juggling development on bothMass Effect 5andDragon Age: Deadwolf.

BioWaremay be dropping freshMass Effect 5teases everytime N7 Day rolls around in November, but it’s not believed to be launched until 2026 or 2027.

It’s much more positive news forDragonAge: Dreadwolfthough. The game’s first trailer couldn’t have dropped at a worse time, just hours beforeGTA VI’s grand reveal.

That being said, it got us hyped with looks at multiple long-awaited locations like Rivain and Antiva - and did you pick out Hawke’s voice? Very intriguing.

EA, parent company of BioWare, has just released its Q4 earnings for the 2024 financial year which included a look at the company’s FY25 release slate, which runs from April 2024 to April 2025.

It’s believed that this “owned IP” is none other thanDreadwolf, which would narrow down the game as releasing prior to April 2025.

We’re rapidly approaching summer showcase season which could be why EA is holding back. As a reminder, the Geoff Keighley-fronted Summer Game Fest will be held on 7 June, with the Xbox Games Showcase on 9 June and Ubisoft Forward on the 10. Nintendo will also hold a show but the date remains unconfirmed.
