Check out the Dying Light 2 - ‘Tower Raid’ trailer below!

Don’t get me wrong,Dying Lightwasn’t a perfect game, but it sure as hell is fun and developers Techland, aimed to improve on its predecessor in almost every way with 2022’s,Dying Light 2: Stay Human. What’s more, when it comes to content support, there are few better than Techland.

In ourreview ofDying Light 2: Stay Human, we said: “Techland’s long-awaited zombie RPG mostly delivers the goods in style, providing an expansive - if not entirely original - open-world playground that’s filled with epic action, pleasingly brutal combat, and some difficult choices.”

Since the launch of the firstDying Light, Techland has supported the game with not onlyThe Followingexpansion but also a wealth of free DLC and events for the best part of a decade. However, now that the sequel is here, it seems the developers are aiming for the same level of content support withDying Light 2: Stay Human.

As part of update 1.17 forDying Light 2: Stay Human, ‘Tower Raid’ is now in open beta for Steam users on PC with three phases. In phase one of the open beta which began on 27 June, you will have access to 12 challenging floors, 20 modifiers and plenty of loot to acquire.

Phase three begins on 11 July, adding six more modifiers (bringing that total to 36), three more rewards (12 in total) and double XP.

There is no date as to when the full version of ‘Tower Raid’ will be released on PC, PlayStation and Xbox, but hopefully, it will arrive inDying Light 2: Stay Humanat some point this year.
