Elden Ring player one-shots DLC’s final boss in unbelievable display

Elden Ring, and FromSoftware games in general, are supposed to be challenging. Beating any boss is supposed to be a test in perseverance and attack pattern memorisation. Players are expected to struggle, for the feeling of success derived from overcoming said struggles is meant to feel rewarding.

Anyway, Twitch streamer Ainrun just defeatedElden Ring’sfinal boss in one hit.

This Radahn isn’t like the previous one you encountered in Redmane Castle however. He has a completely new moveset, a much higher damage output, a second phase, and most importantly he doesn’t fight you atop his trusty steed this time around (RIP Leonard).

As the final boss of the expansion, you would expect Radahn to be quite a difficult battle - and you would be correct. Players have been very vocal about their struggles in defeating him, with some even ranking him above Malenia in terms of difficulty.

Ainrun clearly decided he’d gotten bored of attempting to fight him fairly though, and opted to make Radahnlook like a jokeinstead.

This also comes with the added benefit of skipping Radahn’s second phase entirely, as he will die immediately after the cutscene that triggers the phase transition finishes.

Builds that are solely designed around one-shottingElden Ringbossesaren’t anything new, but dealing this amount of damage to the final boss of its expansion is certainly a first.

Perhaps even the worst ofElden Ringplayers might find some solace in knowing that they too can now defeat its hardest boss, regardless of their skill level.
