Fallout 2 is getting a full remake in Fallout 4’s engine

Even before the arrival of the critically acclaimed Fallout live-action series from Amazon Studios, Bethesda’s post-apocalyptic RPG has remained popular with vault dwellers eager to explore the wasteland.

However, following the success of Amazon’sFalloutseries, which has now beenrenewed for a second season, beloved games in the RPG franchise have seen amassive spikein returning players and new explorers keen to see what all the fuss is about. So now, perhaps more than ever, there’s no better time to immerse yourself in everything that Fallout has to offer.

Now, a new trailer has been released showcasing comparisons between theFallout 2game of 1998 and the upcoming remake. Back in the late 90s, the Fallout series was a very different game than what it is today.

At this time,Fallout: Project Arroyodoes not have a release date but it could be a couple of years away at least. What’s more, much likeFallout: Vault 13andFallout: London,Fallout: Project Arroyowill be PC only and not available on consoles.
