One such discovery is a giant ghoul that according to some Reddit members, was removed from the release ofFallout 4nearly a decade ago. “Why did they cut this fromFallout 4?”askedRedditor Sensitive_Farmer_228.
“Possibly its hitbox, navigating, and other mechanical issues, not feeling that original as an enemy goes, also possibly unsure just how a ghoul grew so huge to begin with,” suggested KenseiHimura.

“Mostly balancing. Plus, how would the fight against that thing go? Where would it fit on the map? It would have to have its own arena somewhere. No way it would’ve been a random encounter” replied tai-kaliso97.
“They didn’t cut it, it was never planned,” explained CeltoIberian. “It was basically just the devs messing around with the engine to see how large enemies interact with the game world.”
Fallout 4is available now to subscribers of Xbox Game Pass at no extra cost and it’s currently included with the PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium tiers.
