Fallout 4 gets hefty fan expansion that adds tons of new content

Please, no more, I beg of you - myFallout 4mod list is already longer than aLord of the Ringsbook.

Jokes aside this is genuinely starting to become an issue for me.Bethesda’sFallout 4modding community just keeps adding more and more quality content to the game with every passing second, and today’s example is no exception.

As TheHighTide explains, they started work on the mod because some of the locations inFallout 4’svanilla map felt too empty to them.

“HighTide’s Wasteland Expansion is a mod that adds many more structures to the commonwealth,” they stated in the mod’s description.

“Some times, you see blank and empty areas of the world that look like they could use some more objects, well this mod solves that problem.”

A few pre-existing locations also have brand new spaces to explore as well, such as Big John’s Salvage Yard.

They also promised that there’s some extra content hidden amongst all of this too, including “New terminals for some makeshift misc lore" and “inhabited and uninhabited” Raider outposts.

Perhaps most impressive is that TheHighTide managed to pull this off “using only vanilla Fallout 4 resources and assets”.

That means that, due to the mod not requiring any custom assets, players on both Xbox and PlayStation systems can install the mod too.

Now seriously, give it a rest guys. My poor little SSD can’t take any more of this.
