The franchise is experiencing a massive surge in renewed interest and it’s so lovely to see.
In the days following the show’s premiere,Bethesdarevealed that it had welcomed in an influx ofaround 5 million playersacross allFalloutgames.

That includesFallout: New VegasandFallout 76, but it’sFallout 4that’s drawn the most attention thanks to its new-gen update.
That update came with a few classic Bethesda bugs, buta patch has since been rolled outto rectify many of these.
Be warned, if you’re playingFallout 4on PC, the new-gen update may affect any mods you have downloaded and in use.
The update was well-timed though given that there’s noFallout 5on the horizon.

Yes, it is technically on the way but with Bethesda hard at work onStarfield’s post-launch support and the upcomingThe Elder Scrolls VI, it’s almost guaranteed that we won’t see it land in this console generation.
It’s a good job then thatFallout 4offers up such a detailed and expansive world for us to explore.
