The highlight for many will be the ability to choose which frame rate you want; “choose between 30, 40, and 60 (default)”.
“You can now choose between Visuals and Performance (default) while trying to maintain frame rate target,” the notes explain.

Nevertheless, it’s comforting to see Bethesda taking the time to make these changes – we just hope it continues once the Fallout hype has died down again.
