
When it comes to fan-made expansions, I think it’s pretty safe to say that theFalloutseries has gotten the most love.
SureSkyrimis probably in the running too, but recently it seems modders have been going all-in on the Falloutgames.
Expansions that have already been released, like theFallout: New VegasmodNew Californiaand theFallout 4modFallout: London, are really only the tip of the iceberg.

Mods likeFallout: Cascadia,Fallout: Nuevo México, andFallout 4: Capital Wastelandare already well into their development stages, which is handy because we’ll likely be waiting a while beforeBethesda’sFallout 5sees the light of day.

Well, luckily for us, another expansion-sized mod is on the way too - and the developers behind the project just released abrand new trailerfor it.

They describe Miami as the “Vacation Wasteland” of the Falloutworld, which is assumedly how all of the ghouls in the trailer managed to get such even, beautiful tans.
According to the press release onthe officialFallout: Miamiwebsite, Miami was “once a popular tourist destination, attracting rich and glamorous visitors both foreign and domestic, it now plays host to an eclectic assortment of factions and societies, each with its own culture and approach to the challenges of this new post-nuclear world.”
There’s no current word on whenFallout: Miamiis coming out, although thedeveloper’s FAQ pagedoes state that they “have a set date internally” but “don’t plan to share this information publicly yet”.

With that being said, I wouldn’t be surprised if we hear more from them soon considering how impressive some of the trailers for the mod look.
