The developer of the best Fallout game ever is working on a new project and it’s got fans rightly excited at the prospect.

Obsidian Entertainment already hasAvowedandThe Outer Worlds 2on the way. Still, fans on Reddit have been discussing what’s next after information was spotted on the LinkedIn profile of Daniel Cabuco, an art director at the studio.

Moreover, the LinkedIn profile in question suggests thatObsidian Entertainmenthas three projects in the works. That being said, it’s unclear at this time whether two of those projects are the aforementionedAwowedandThe Outer Worlds 2, nonetheless, at least one of those projects is announced.

“It has to be the next Josh Sawyer game,” suggested andreymagnus. “Given that greenlightingPentimentas a passion project was essentially a way to keep Josh at the studio, he’s probably working on an existing IP and/or something more traditional for the studio.”

At the end of the day, while it’s fun to gossip, we have no idea what this unannounced project could be, it could be a huge AAA game or something on a smaller similar toPentiment. Hopefully, Obsidian Entertainment and Microsoft will reveal all in the coming months.
