As the second mod in the Antagonist questmodseries, this one sees you venture into a secret Institute facility to face the evil that dwells within.
Situated just north of the Dunwich Borers onFallout 4’s map, the dungeon is guaranteed to spook you with the modder recommending you go it alone (leave companions outside), turn off any Pip Boy light and ramp up the music.
On your journey, you will encounter some custom-made creatures including zombie walkers, feral ghouls and horror ghouls who level with the player so expect some challenges.
