Fallout release we’ve all been waiting for quietly teased

The release of theFalloutTV show has left fans across the world desperate for a new entry in the post-apocalyptic franchise to drop, especially since Bethesda did such a shoddy job on the much desired next-gen update forFallout 4.

Fans hopefully shouldn’t have to wait too much longer however, as a much anticipated fan-made expansion could be closer than we all initially assumed.

Fallout: London, a total conversion mod ofFallout 4, has been in development since 2019. Just in case you think that a mod isn’t anything to get particularly excited about, I feel it’s my duty to inform you that hype forFallout: Londonis so strong that it has its ownWikipedia page.

It’s also set to feature a pretty impressive cast of voice actors, including two formerDoctor Whostars (Sylvester McCoy and Colin Baker) and, uh, the former Speaker of the House of Commons John Bercow… for whatever reason.

Whilst it currently has no set release date (and was recently delayed for a second time as a result ofFallout 4’slatest update), the developers have been sharing updates with more and more frequency - and their latest teaser has got fans speculating that its release may be nearer than we all thought.

The image, which was initially shared onFallout: London’sPatreon and then immediately uploaded to Reddit, features one of its NPCs holding up five of his fingers.

People have immediately assumed that this is referring to the mod’s release date. Five days seems a bit soon and five years seems a bit too far off for a teaser, so folks are theorising that this meansFallout: Londonis either five weeks or five months away from releasing.

Others havealso theorisedthat this is because theFallout: LondonDiscord server got put into a five minute slow mode recently due to an influx of messages, but that’s boring and lame so I’m choosing to disregard it.
