First released in 2018,Fallout 76was one of Bethesda’s most controversial titles as a result of its less than compelling single-player story and the studio not having the most experience with the MMO genre. Add in a bunch of game-breaking bugs and glitches and the whole experience was less than enjoyable for players. With the first Expedition taking place in Pittsburgh, known as The Pitt, the second will take place, you guessed it, Atlantic City. Compared to previous locations inFallout 76,Atlantic City is a lot classier with interactive casinos and the standard new factions, monsters, missions and rewards that come with a new expansion.
The first update,Boardwalk Paradiseis heading to the Public Test Server on 3 October, giving players the opportunity to sample it via Steam. Although it is yet to be confirmed, we can assume this will also be the case whenAmerica’s Playgroundreleases.
