Developers took the decision topush the game into February 2025from its original 12 November release date.
The reason provided was that the game needed extra time to “polish and refine the experience”, which isn’t a bad thing.
Assassin’s Creed Shadowscould be a stellar instalment if it isn’t rushed out before it’s ready.
While this is all happening in the public eye, behind the scenes,Ubisoftis reportedly working onFar Cry7.

The game isrumoured to have a time limit, centering around an individual who must locate his family - who have been taken hostage - before time runs out.
Whether this proves to be true or not, we don’t know. The game has received no kind of official reveal.
