That being said, there’s certainly interest in adding FIFA to its portfolio of 2K sport series. In an interview with IGN, 2K Games’ publisher CEO, Strauss Zelnicksaid: “‘We’re definitely interested in expanding our opportunities in sports, and FIFA has a great brand and incredible clout, but we have no current plans to discuss.”
Whether it happens or not remains to be seen, but if a FIFA 2K is indeed in the works it could lead to some exciting developments for fans of the series.
