Fight Night finally being revived by EA, says insider

It’s been a mighty long time since EA put out aFight Nightgame, but according to leaks and an industry insider, the series may finally be revived.

As reported on Reddit, there are several sources pointing to a newFight Nightgame on the horizon, including boxers themselves who are discussing the future of the franchise.

It has been 13 years since the last Fight Night release in the franchise and fans are begging for a new instalment

First up, boxer Raymond Ford posted a tweet on his Instagram account seemingly confirming the news.The tweetoriginally said, “Sources tell us that EA is planning to announce a Fight Night game THIS YEAR! Boxers like Jaron Ennis and Raymond Ford are already on board.”

Next up, famed boxer Oscar De La Hoya posted an oldFight Nightcover to social media and stated that an announcement is coming soon.

Industry insider, Mike Straw from Insider Gaming,has saidthat he keeps being asked if this rumour is true and while he cannot corroborate, he has reached out to various sources.

Fans have been desperate for a revival of the series as it has been several years since anything new and, given that the sport is going through a revival itself, it makes sense forEAto pull the trigger.
