Then there’sTheSuper MarioBros. Movie,Twisted Metal, Sonic The Hedgehog… things are definitely looking up.
All we can hope is that with some beloved IPs soon set to receive the adaptation treatment that this winning streak continues.
Netflix’sHorizon Zero Dawnprequel may have kicked the bucket, but Sony’sGod of Warlive-action TV series remains in the works at Prime Video - and fans know exactly who they want to play Kratos.

God of Wargame director Cory Barlog will also be on hand as an executive producer, so we should receive a fairly faithful adaptation.
It’s confirmed that the TV series will simply retell the story of the 2018 game but the topic of casting has not been addressed.
Fans are very vocal about the fact that they’d love to see Christopher Judge return to the role - having portrayed Kratos in the two most recent games.
