Helldivers 2is best described as aglorious mixture of Starfield and Gears Of War. Players become elite soldiers called Helldivers in a fast-paced and action-packed third-person-shooter. There are only three objectives: kill space bugs, deliver freedom to every planet in the galaxy and have fun.

It’s basically a Starship Troopers game, and it’s out now for PlayStation and PC consoles, unfortunately Xbox-only players will have to pass on this one, though to be fairXboxhasmuch bigger problems to deal withright now anyway.
Overall reviews have been overwhelmingly positive and the same can be said for user scores. The game has been such a success that it’s overtakenGod Of War(2018) as Steam’s most-played PlayStation game on the platform, and while it is a multiplayer game to be fair it’s still an achievement worth celebrating.

It’s a well deserved victory, and hopefully one that encourages even more potential players to enlist into the Helldivers army, as it’s generally a phenomenal third-person-shooter and great fun to play with friends.
