Naturally, excitement for the next entry of theGrand Theft Autoseries is through the roof and that hype will only intensify as we get closer to its 2025 release. That being said, not everyone is as excited about the release ofGTA VIas we are. Take for example the ex-criminal dubbed the “Florida Joker” who believeshe’s entitled to up to $2 millionas a result of Rockstar Games parodying his likeness in the recent trailer. Put it this way, ifLindsey Lohan couldn’t sue Rockstar Games, the “Florida Joker” real name Lawrence Sullivan perhaps stands even less of a chance to rinse money out of the giant video game developer.

Getting back to the topic of theGTA VItrailer, it was packed with so many pop culture references, that it’s difficult to keep track of. Thankfully, our12 incredibleGTA VIdetailsyou may have missed has you covered. So given all the hype surrounding theGrand Theft Auto VItrailer, no one could do it better thanRockstar Games, right? Well, this alternative trailer is arguably better than the original.
The alternateGTA VItrailer in question has been gloriously recreated as if we’re living in the original PlayStation era and to be honest, I want this version ofGTA VIright now! The trailer uploaded to the YouTube channel Jushton may only be just over 20 seconds in length, but it’s no less epic. However, I swear at 17 seconds into the trailer, that’s Vaas ofFar Cry 3on a jet ski!
No release date has been announced forGrand Theft Auto VI, but we do know that it will be released in 2025 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. At the time of writing, a PC release hasn’t been announced, but we’re sure that will arrive at a later date.
