It’s safe to assume thatAgentwill never be released on modern consoles, even if it was adapted for today’s technology. That being said, it hasn’t stopped fans from wondering what could have been with the lost title fromGTA VIdeveloper,Rockstar Games.

Rockstar Games has never gone into great detail as to whyAgentwas cancelled, but a former developer of Rockstar North has shed some light on what this game could have been. In ablog postfrom Odde Vermeji, other than being set during the 1970s,Agentwould be a game full of laser guns and wacky gadgets and would take players to locations such as Cairo, France as well as a ski resort in Switzerland. If the name Vermeji rings a bell, that could be due to the developer recently revealing details of a gun used inGTA IVthat fired unfortunate NPCs.
