Earlier this week, Rockstar Games finally graced us with the first official trailer forGTA VIand it pretty much broke the internet.

In this day and age, the word “woke” can have many meanings depending on who you ask. In truth at this point, it’s probably lost all original definition. That being said, at leastaccording toMerriam-Webster.com, the slang definition of woke can mean being “aware of and actively attentive to important societal facts and issues (especially issues of racial and social justice).”

GTA VIwill be released in 2025 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. At the time of writing Rockstar Games has not announcedGTA VIfor PC, but I’m sure it will be released on the platform at some point.
